Understanding my Hoarding

I getting to know about my hoarding by reading and listening to others about hoarding.
This year coming I have already made my commitment to clean one room at a time and get rid of useless stuff.
It's hard but I'm tackling my problem.

Trash Day

Tomorrow is trash day and I feel a lost because I threw out my last weeks newspapers and refused to let them pile up.  I know this is a accomplishment but it still feels like a lost to me.
I'm determined to write everyday about my hoarding.

Each Day New Challenge

Every day since I began this journey has been a struggle but a uphill battle that I have accepted.  It's hard to admit you have a problem even when you see it all around you.  Talking about it has been one of the biggest helps for me but again I say I haven't put anything on my steps going upstairs yet (believe me that's not easy).
For anyone going through this stick to one piece at a time and be glad about it.
